Refund & Cancellation Policy – Happy Times

This policy governs all bookings made with Happy Times (JINANG JITESH JAIN HUF) for villa stays, one-day picnic packages, corporate events, wedding functions, and other hospitality services. By making a booking, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. One Day Picnic Package

2. Villa Stay
Cancellation Time Refund Amount
10 or more days before check-in 100% Refund
5 to 9 days before check-in 50% Refund
2 to 4 days before check-in 25% Refund
Less than 48 hours / Same day / No-show No Refund
3. Events (Wedding, Corporate, Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, etc.)
  • Advance booking / token amount is non-refundable once the date is confirmed and blocked.
  • Cancelled 30 or more days before event – 50% of total booking amount refunded.
  • Cancelled 15 to 29 days before event – 25% of total booking amount refunded.
  • Cancelled less than 15 days before event – No refund applicable.
  • Rescheduling (subject to availability) is allowed once, free of charge, if requested 30+ days before the event.
4. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card) used at the time of booking.
  • Refunds processed via payment gateway may take an additional 2 to 5 working days depending on your bank.
  • Happy Times will not be responsible for any delay caused by the customer's bank or payment provider.
5. Rescheduling Policy
  • Rescheduling requests for picnic packages must be made at least 5 days before the original booking date.
  • Rescheduling requests for villa stays must be made at least 7 days before check-in.
  • Each booking can be rescheduled once without any extra charge. Subsequent rescheduling will be treated as a fresh booking.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Cancellation after the cut-off time mentioned above for any category.
  • Early check-out from villa stay.
  • Bookings made on public holidays, festival weekends, or special event days are strictly non-refundable.
  • Failure to utilise booked services due to personal reasons on the day of visit.
  • Violation of property rules leading to termination of stay or service.
7. Force Majeure
  • In the event of a natural calamity, government restrictions, pandemic-related lockdown, or any other force majeure situation, Happy Times reserves the right to offer a booking credit or reschedule option instead of a cash refund.
  • The decision of Happy Times management shall be final in such cases.
8. How to Request a Cancellation / Refund

To initiate a cancellation or refund, please contact us with your booking reference number, name, visit/stay date, and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 2 working days.

9. Policy Updates
  • Happy Times reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The latest policy will always be available on our official website www.happytimesvilla.com.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to review the policy before making a booking.
